Exciting Opportunity for Sales Professional seeking a Challenge
Sykes-Pickavant Limited is a leading supplier of Workshop Solutions to the automotive aftermarket , specializing in professional tools andportable vehicle diagnostics.The Sykes-Pickavant brand is renowned for its quality and reliability, selling through distribution networks to both the automotive and industrial sectors.
We are currently seeking a flexible, positive, sales-driven individual to manage and develop North UK, Scotland & Northern Ireland. Reporting to the UK Sales Manager, you will be field based.
You will be expected to develop, and maintain business relationships with distributors and end users within both the automotive aftermarket and industrial sectors.
You should have the following qualities in order to provide excellent support to your customer base, and to work with them to maximize sales:
Self motivated, positive, with an established sales background.
Sound knowledge of vehicle repair tools. Including vehicle diagnostics, as you will be expected to sell and demonstrate a wide range of product. (Product training will be given)
Be prepared to travel extensively within your territory, spending some nights away from home
Excellent time management skills – customer visits / workouts should be planned and coordinated in order to ensure maximum sales / coverage of territory
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Maintain Electronic CRM
PC literate, with working knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Email.
Salary: £28k with OTE of £34k, excellent benefits package including car
